Specific wear protection using highly wear resistant VAUTID plastics
Special polyurethanes for protection against abrasive minerals
We manufacture plastic parts with VAUTID which consist of different, hard, special polyurethanes by casting in metal moulds. The materials particularly prove themselves where abrasive minerals in an aqueous solution are processed. They also provide other important benefits. The risk of the processing material adhering is largely ruled out and machines with VAUTID plastic parts operate significant more quietly.
Typical applications are mixing tools, all kinds of linings, screens, sand screws and cyclone separators.
